                            SoakCombine grains in a large bowl or jar with plenty of water, several inches above grain. Add vinegar. Stir well. Cover with a cloth or close lid. Place in a dark warm place. Roughly 70 F. Soak for a minimum of 6 hours, or for best results overnight for up to 24 hours. Rinse and pour off liquid before cooking.
